Edilnuova was born in 1979 from the entrepreneurial initiative of Mario Guarneri who, initially, mainly addressed the construction sector for third parties, both in the public and private fields.
In a short time, Mario Guarneri expanded and consolidates his business in the civil and industrial real estate sector, today the true core business of Edilnuova. A significant step in Edilnuova’s growth is represented by the entry into the company of Mario Guarneri’s son, Giorgio, today the company’s only manager.
Today Edilnuova stands for versatility, targeted marketing and costumer satisfaction . And it is exactly for this carachteristics that Edilnuova has grown and now is well known as a consolidated leader in the real estate market on the shore of Lake Maggiore “Costa Fiorita”, close to the lush green hills of the Varese Pre-Alps.
Investments, use of modern technologies, improvement of production systems and construction planning have allowed the company to obtain prestigious certifications both nationally and internationally, including the management of the integrated quality-environment system, ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015.
